Occasionally, it is necessary to talk directly to a physician in an orphanage (especially in Russia or in a republic of the former Soviet Union) to clarify some issues. 

Fee for this is $50 plus the cost of a long-distance call. 
The cost of the call is always $10. We are able to communicate in Spanish, Romanian, Russian and English
